Each category also has a subcategory tree, however, we kindly recommend our customers to use the search bar in the footer of each page or to the left of the e-shop, as it has been created with intuitive automation, so that typing even just 3 letters of the product you are looking for, will give you the best possible search results in seconds. Our goal is to help you find the product you need easily and quickly.

Qure strives to provide high-quality services, but is not responsible for any errors in the prices and features of the products and can not guarantee that there will be no downtime of the site or human errors when updating/quoting the price of a product. For the safety and effectiveness of your purchases, we will call you if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price relative to its market value. Contact Customer Service before proceeding with your order.

You can return a product in the following ways:

Order Return

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt only if the product you received is defective, damaged or its current condition is of lower quality than it should be.

In the event that the packaging or the product itself is opened or damaged by the customer, Qure may not accept any return or proceed with the replacement.
In addition, in all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by all the original documents (eg packaging, receipt, etc.). Prior to any return, it is recommended that you contact Qure International, either by telephone or email.

 

In any case, the return and replacement of the product is possible under the following conditions:
1. After contacting the Online Store on the same or the next working day.
2. the product has not been used.
3. The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg invoice, receipt, etc.)
4. If they are not returned within 14 days, Qure may not accept any return or make a replacement.
5. For refusal of receipt or impossibility of delivery, returns are not accepted.

 

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees

There is a case to be charged with additional duties and taxes for products you bought from the online store Qure International (qure.gr) because:

• Duties and taxes are usually not included in the price of the item and may not be included in the shipping costs you pay to Qure International.

• When you shop at Qure International and your residence is outside the European Union, you buy from sellers abroad. This is why you will sometimes be asked to pay customs duties.

Taxes may depend on where your order was shipped, the type of items you purchased, their value, and the weight of the package. Different countries may have different product tax policies. It is always best to confirm this with your local customs authority.

You are responsible for clearing VAT on all purchases made at Qure International. This can be done through the VAT clearance process of the local customs authority in your country of residence.

• Qure International is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled:
1. Before being completed, during the electronic ordering process.
2. If the online order has been completed, but the product has not been shipped yet, you may contact us, and one of our representatives will serve you immediately by canceling your order
